You will be asked to agree to our Terms and Conditions at the Checkout, it is important for you to read through them.  In placing an order with us, you will also be Deemed as agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

1. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions.

We always try to give you honest and descriptive details of any faults, if no faults are mentioned, there aren't any.  However we are only human and very occasionally mistakes can be made.  If this is the case we are always happy to accept the item back and refund in full, in accordance to our returns Policy.  Please click here to read it.

3. In accordance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 200 (SI 2000 No.2334), customers have the right to cancel orders from the time of ordering up to 7 days after receipt of purchase.

4.In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are also agreeing to our returns policies, which are set out, in the Delivery and Returns section at the top of this page. It is important that you read them, as they have important information regarding returned items.

5.  Most of our items are one offs, and as such we operate on a first come first served basis.  It is sometimes possible that an item you have added to your shopping basket has already been sold. We will confirm your order for you as soon as possible after it has been placed, and if you have paid via Paypal or Credit/Debit card straight away we will refund you, for items not available.

7.  In the case of returned items, along with the terms set out in the Delivery and Returns section at the top of this page, it is also noted that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods arrive safely back to us. And we always require you to obtain a certificate of posting.  YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
