Q: What does BNWT stand for?
A: BNWT means brand new with tags, BNWOT means brand new without tags.
Q: I wish to return an item, what should I do?

Q: I really love a dress but it isn't in my daughter's size. Do you have any more?
A: Unfortunately if a different size isn't on the web site, it is unlikely that we will have it, but it is always worth checking. Please do email us with any request for individual items.
Q:I really like an item, but can't afford it right now, will you reserve it for me?
A: It is possible for me to reserve an item for you, for 1 week. If you would like an item reserving for longer, please email me with details and I will see what I can do.
Q:I placed an order a few days ago and haven't heard from you yet?
A: We send confirmation of orders within 2 working days. If you haven't heard from us within that time, please do contact us.
Q:Do you take Credit Cards?
A: Yes, we take most major Credit and Debit Cards, through Protx which is a VeriSign secure site.
Q:Do you charge for Paypal?
No we don't believe in hidden charges, the price you pay is the price at the checkout.
Q:When do you add more stock?
We always have more stock to add and try to add stock 1-3 times a week. However occasionally due to family holidays or busy times, stock is added a little less frequently.
