Delivery Details

We despatch orders within 2 working days of payment clearing. All items are despatched via Royal Mail. All are fully insured so you don't need to worry about missing parcels as the full amount of your order will be covered. 99% of UK based orders will need a signature and most international orders also do.

Returns

Please be aware the following Policy is for our protection only. If you do experience any problems at all please do make contact with us as soon as possible. Your custom is valued and we are here to help.

The following conditions are not intended to affect or jeopardise your statutory rights:-

A customer has the right to cancel their order in writing by email, within 7 days from the date they receive the order. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, the goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, unmarked and with the original tickets still in place.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the garment/s reach us safely and to pay for the goods to be returned. If the items are returned with marks or faults of any kind other than those mentioned in the garment description, the goods will be returned to you at your cost.

If the order was originally made from outside of the UK & Europe, please take care filling in posting documentation details correctly. Goods to the UK may incur duty charges if you fail to make it clear that the package is a "return" to the UK and not an import. In the event of the documentation being completed incorrectly and tax or duty subsequently being charged to us here at 'Little Tinkers', the sum involved will be deducted from your final refund.

For goods returned from the UK after the 7 days policy, the following applies:-
Goods must be returned in the condition as stated above.
Goods returned after 8-14 days will incure a 20% re-listing/handling charge.
Goods returned after 15-28 days will incure a 50% re-listing/handling charge.
Goods returned later than 28 days will not receive a refund.

For goods returned from outside the UK after the 7 days policy the following applies:-
Goods must be returned in the condition as stated above.
Goods returned after 14-20 days will incure a 20% re-listing/handling charge.
Goods returned 21-28 days will incure a 50% re-listing/handling charge.
Goods returned later than 28 days will not receive a refund.
